We make a point of remaining true to our campsite’s fundamental values including an excellent welcome, comfort for our guests and the extensive range of services proposed, which we see as your guarantee of a great stay the Basque country. To help you benefit fully from these, our reception office is open every day to answer your questions, to help solve any possible problems you may have and to advise you on the best trips and activities around the campsite. Please feel free to come and see us during your stay. You can also obtain information concerning the events and evening activities organised on the campsite during your holiday in the Basque Country.

100 Mb free Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the whole campsite. For those who do not have a computer with them, an Internet terminal is available at reception (€3 for 30 minutes). Thanks to this connection, you can stay in contact with your friends and family on the social networks, or post photos of your holiday in the Basque Country. Feel free to post them on the campsite's Facebook page!
