At our Saint-Jean-de-Luz campsite, Itsas Mendi boasts 9 hectares of wooded, undulating grounds to welcome outdoor enthusiasts. Want to pitch your tent under the trees, park your trailer on a sunny spot, or park your RV just a stone’s throw from the ocean?
Our pitches, approximately 80 m² and all equipped with a 10 A electrical hook-up, can accommodate up to 6 people. Sunny or shaded, depending on your preference, they offer the ideal setting for a holiday between the sea and the mountains, just 400 meters from the beaches.
Motorhome owners are welcome at Itsas Mendi campsite! A “clean hands” emptying area is at your disposal!

Caravan site rental in Saint-Jean-Luz
Renting a tent or caravan site at Camping Itsas Mendi gives you the freedom to create your own little corner of paradise in the heart of the Basque Country. Set up your equipment as you wish, enjoying the shade of the trees and the calm of a green, undulating estate. You can park your vehicle directly on the site: a parking space is provided next to each plot. For additional vehicles, the free Txik Txak park-and-ride facility is close to the campsite.
Good to know: remember to bring a European plug and an extension cord of at least 20 meters for optimal connection. An adapter is available for rent at reception (€0.50/night, €20 deposit).
Need a 44-liter mini-refrigerator? It’s available for hire at €9/day (deposit €50, subject to availability).
Sheet and towel kit: single 80cm bed kit €16, single 140cm bed kit €19, full 80cm bed kit €23, full 140cm bed kit €29. Baby kit: €30 per week, €4.50 per day per kit or €2 per day per item.
Special low and mid-season offers: 2-month package at €563 (from 03/27 to 05/30/2026 or from 05/01 to 06/30 and from 08/29 to 01/11/2026), 3-month package at €829 (from 03/27 to 06/30/2026). Dynamic pricing: rates are subject to change during the season, either upwards or downwards. Stays are billed on the basis of the rates in force on the day of booking, subject to availability. Tourist tax: €0.86/day/person (over 18).
Check-in for pitches is from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.
High-quality washrooms with PRM access and baby area
Itsas Mendi campsite has two heated sanitary blocks, distributed throughout the domain and accessible from all pitches. Each block is carefully maintained and equipped with showers, toilets, and cabins adapted for people with reduced mobility. Parents of young children will appreciate the dedicated baby areas. A complete laundry room is also available in each sanitary block, with washing machines and tumble dryers. An iron and ironing board are available for loan at sanitary block 1. This means you can travel light and fully enjoy your pitch rental in the Basque Country!
